Real Life Finds is my personal 'for now' venture to declutter and move forward. It’s basically a garage sale in an online shop. No fancy branding—just honest items and a simple mission to support my family.
Policies
Returns
To ensure we can sustain our efforts, generally, all sales are final.
Our items range from gently used clothing to pre-loved toys. Because these are one-of-a-kind items being rehomed from our house to yours, we do not offer returns for fit or change of heart. We want you to love your find, and feel confident in your purchase so please use the Chat feature to ask any and all questions before purchasing!
If a significant error was made on our part, please contact us via email within 3 days of receipt.
Bundle Discount
An automatic 10% discount is applied to carts of 3+ items.
Shipping
I ship within 2 business days. I know you're excited for your finds, so I try to get them out as fast as I can!
Local Pickup
Contactless pickup is available Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, and Saturday/Sunday 11am-7pm. When you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email, please reply with your expected pickup window so we can ensure your order is placed in the pickup area. We will reply with confirmation of pickup window and specific pickup instructions.
Orders are prepared as soon as possible. If you need your order ready at a specific time, please reach out via the Chat feature prior to placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your timeframe.
Everything you see here is sourced from our own closets and shelves. This isn't a boutique; it's just a way to ensure our loved items find a second life while helping me make ends meet. From my house to yours.
Inventory
Storage
We are a smoke-free home.
We are a dog-friendly home, but inventory is kept in a separate, clean area and immediately placed in a protective mailer. While lint rollers are a household staple, traces of fur-fetti may still be found.
Item Condition
Most items are from our own home and are a mix of new-with-tags and used. I do my best to take clear photos and note any wear so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Listing Frequency
New items will be added regularly as we continue to declutter. But we do hope to run out of items to list eventually! We will update here when that day does come!
I get it—the internet is a weird place. To keep things honest: I take all my own photos (the occasional screen shot from manufacturer info may be used in addition to my own photos), I test every electronic item, and I’m happy to send extra photos if you need proof of condition. I’m just a mom rehoming our things to support my family, and I treat my customers the way I’d want to be treated. Honest items, real photos, no games.

I have been selling on Poshmark since November 2017. As of 5/11/26, I have sent out 382 orders, and have a 4.9 star average based on 225 of those orders, with only 10 orders under 5 stars.
Facebook Marketplace
Many of the items on my FBMP are also here! While the reporting features have changed over the years, I have been selling for over 10 years and sold well over 100 items, and since 2023 I have been reviewed on 83 of those sales and have a 4.9 star average, with only 1 less than 5 star review.
Mercari
I no longer actively use my Mercari since they made changes to their platform but I sent out 29 orders from 2020-2024 with all 5 star reviews but 1.
Magical Gifts & Creations
I opened my handmade business in 2020, and expanded to Custom Fabric in 2023. I don't have any review parameters set for those, but I have many repeat customers.
